PAXSUDET: Expenditure Types Form Does Not Accept All Characters When Using Arabic Language (Doc ID 2973079.1)

Symptoms

In the Expenditure Types form (PAXSUDET), when using the Arabic languange the Name field only accepts 15 characters instead of the expected 30 characters.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Setup-->Expenditures-->Expenditure Types

2. Try to enter a value (in Arabic) in the Name field that is 30 characters.
