When attempting to update invoice data via the invoice Workbench,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

AP_AI_TABLE_HANDLER_PKG.UPDATE_ROW error

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Payables Manger

2. Invoices --> Entry

3. Query Invoice

4. Try to make a change to the Header

Error occurs.
