When attempting to Evaluate or Sign any completed classes, the following error occurs on Learner Home page:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Learner Self-Service responsibility.

2. Navigate to Learner Home page > Enrollments section.

3. Click on Evaluate or Sign option for any completed trainings.

4. Get error.
