Second Run Of Request Set Errors With: There Are No Requests Registered For The Current Stage (Doc ID 2973719.1)

When attempting to run a scheduled request set after applying patches 33606047 and 34126417, the request set fails on the second run,
the following error occurs when viewing the request details.

 "There are no requests registered for the current stage."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply patches 33606047 and 34126417.
2. Schedule a request set.
3. Navigate to: Request / View / Details

Phase : Completed
Status : Error
Completion Text : There are no requests registered for the current stage.
