Move Order Number Is Not Displayed On The Transact Move Order Line Allocations Form Title (Doc ID 2973743.1)

Move Order Number is not displayed on the transact move order line allocations form title after upgrade to 12.2.10
Where as in 12.1.3, Move Order number can be seen in Transact Move Order Line allocations title.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Applications
2. Navigate to Inventory Responsibility > Move Orders > Transact Move Orders
3. Search with required criteria
4. Select the move order line and click on the View/Update Allocations button
5. Transact move order line allocations form will open without move order number in the title
