Symptoms
When attempting to run XLAABACR: Validate Application Accounting Definitions
it ends up in warning status with following error message:

Error 95431: The following account derivation rules assigned to the journal lines definition use sources in their details that have not been assigned to the event class. Please remove the source from the account derivation rule details, or select a different account derivation rule for the journal entry line.

Error 95431: The following account derivation rules assigned to the journal lines definition use sources in their details that have not been assigned to the event class. Please remove the source from the account derivation rule details, or select a different account derivation rule for the journal entry line.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Payables responsibility
2. Go to Other > Requests > Run
3. Submit the request 'Validate Application Accounting Definitions
4. Observed that the program ended in warning status with error message
