Symptoms
When attempting to query Sync Report, the following error occurs.
ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Mobile Field Service administrator
2. Navigate to Multi Platform -> Sync Reports -> User Sync Details Report (Weekly)
3. Put the User name and click on Go button.
4. Getting error.
