When doing Mass Update (Change ownership) in Installed Base, users are getting exception as below:


oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.

Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 

1 Login with responsibility: Installed Base User
2. Navigate to Mass Update > Mass Update
3 Select Transfer Owner and click Go button.
4. Select Party Name and Account Number.
5. Click on Add button.
6. Open Sales Order and click on Go button.
7. Select values and click on Apply.
8. Select All and click on Next. Click on the lookup for Owner Party Name.
9. Click on Go.
10. Get exception.
