While running the Program: AuditTrail Update Tables getting below error

Fatal error in afuddl, quitting...




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to System Administrator Responsibility
2. View > Request > Submit new request
3. Run the program: AuditTrail Update Tables
