CA ROE XML File Is Missing Some Insurable Hours In Box 15.A (Doc ID 2974724.1)

Symptoms

Canadian ROE XML file is not including all insurable hours in box 15A . Some elements' hours are not being included the Total .


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run ROE Worksheet for employee 
  2. The Total Insurable hours for Box 15A are showing as 105 hours
  3. The Earnings Report for the employee shows 114 .5
  4. The 9.5 hours are coming from specific elements
