For a non-lot controlled item, When customer is doing Correct Inventory transactions to reduce the quantity, customer is getting error "APP-INV-05407 : Quantity will drive inventory negative"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create a Non lot-controlled item

2.Created a formula using above item as ingredient

3.Created a recipe

4.Created a batch using above recipe

5.Release the batch and perform the WIP issue of entire qty

6.Perform the correct material transaction to qty

7.Click on correct and transaction- get error
