(Doc ID 2974975.1)
Last updated on SEPTEMBER 18, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector - Version 12.2.4 to 12.2.11 [Release 12.2]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
In Oracle Sourcing and Oracle Purchasing, with Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) enabled, the contact details for a contingent work are not populating on the solicitation and award headers.
The contact details (phone number and email) are successfully populating for a contact that is an employee, and the same is expected if the contact is a contingent worker.
Due to this issue, the business cannot see the contact details for the contingent workers being added to solicitations.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. Navigate to a CLM Purchasing responsibility > CLM Buyer Work Center > Negotiations tab.
3. Create a new solicitation.
4. On the solicitation headers page, enter the base details and click the Save As Draft button.
5. Click the Addresses subtab.
6. On the Addresses page:
a. Enter contingent worker as contact for Issuing Office and see Contact Details do not populate
b. Enter employee as contact for Issuing Office and see Contact Details do populate
