Symptoms

When attempting to create supplier site, the following error occurs.

 ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.lang.NullPointerException

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Payables responsibility>Supplier>Entry
2. Query the supplier>Create Site> Fill Details>Save
3. Error occurred
