Getting the error when trying to end date the tax rate

Please enter a valid Effective To date that is within the effective date range of the tax jurisdiction

Reproducible Steps :

Navigate to the Tax Managers

Tax Rates -> Enter the regime details along with the Tax rate

Enter a date in the Effective To date and Save the changes.
