EAM: Rebuild Item Issue Does Not Automatically Create A Rebuild Work Order (Doc ID 2975592.1)

Symptoms

After patch 33003906 was applied, performing a one-step material issue for a non-serialized rebuild item, the rebuild work order
is not created.

STEPS

1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User.
2. Click on Stores tab.
3. Go to One Step Material Issue
4. Select Rebuild Item to Issue and Enter Subinventory and Locator.
5. Click the apply button.  The work order was not created.
