Symptoms

Unable to View Notes when special character exists


STEPS
-----------------------

1) Navigate to Responsibility> Collections Agent>Collections

2) View by:Account

3) Query for account

4) Click on Notes tab, create a new note and use emoji, A proper emoji face that we use during chat or in slack)

5) Select the date range end date to SYSDATE and click display.

6)  Notes grid is now blank and not populated.
