Symptoms
When using Manager Self-Service responsibility, a manager switches as another manager under hierarchy and shares an ongoing appraisal of any of switched manager's reportee then the Stale Data error is thrown
after using button Share with Appraisee from Share with Appraisee page:
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Manager Self Service.
2. Navigate to Performance Management.
3. Click on Switch Manager.
4. Choose a manager under your hierarchy you want to switch to - by clicking Action button.
5. Now click on the Appraisal Task to Share with Appraisee then receive "Stale Data " error.
