Export Button Creates Spreadsheet that is Missing Amounts in "Accounted" Columns (Doc ID 2975908.1)

Symptoms

After recent patching, exporting tables from Subledger Journal Entry Lines containing "Accounted DR" and "Accounted CR" columns generates Excel Sheets missing the values for both columns.

Steps to reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
 Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
  1. Query a Receivables transaction
  2. Tools > View Accounting > Accounted SR and CR are shown correctly
  3. Export > Accounted DR and Accounted CR amounts are missing

The issue was noticed in Framework Code Level 12.2.7, 12.2.12 and 12.2.13
