Symptoms

After doing cycle count, move any LPN throws error

ERROR
Unable to allocate space or materials||LPN is not available

ORA- 00054: resource busy and acquire with
NOWAIT specified or timeout expired in package INV_DETAIL_UTIL_PVT


Replication Steps
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Navigation) Inventory Super User -> Cycle Count -> Perform Cycle Count on LPN XXXXXX to zero and cycle count the correct lot as YYYYY
3. Approve Cycle Counts
4. Material Workbench: Query for the LPN: XXXXXX and find that the LPN is present in the correct lot: YYYYYY
5. Move LPN
Login to Telnet
Navigation: Tasks > Directed Tasks > Directed Move > Move Any LPN

Get the above mentioned error.
