Symptoms

Cannot  Amend The Lease using the API -Pn_lease_pub.update_lease.

Following Error Occurs

V_RETURN_STATUS : E
lV_MESG : ;Error occurred while validatiing &COLUMN. Error Message: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
Lease ID : 8699


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Execute the API -  Pn_lease_pub.update_lease to Amend an existing lease.
