Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Geocode Upgrade Manager fails with the error below.

"Geocode Upgrade Manager" need to be run in DEBUG Mode before running in UPGRADE Mode.It is highly recommended to follow this approach.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as US HRMS Manager responsibility

  2. Submit "Geocode Upgrade Manager".
    (N) Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
     
  3.  Request fails with the error.
