Enterprise Command Center Dates One Hour Behind After Daylight Savings Time (DST) Change In Egypt (Doc ID 2976474.1)

Symptoms

After applying  Day Light saving (DST) patches  on Server , Data Load job start time  shows  one  hour behind the system time . This issue is specific to Egypt DST .

On Enterprise Command Center (ECC) ,  It shows the Start Time for the job as : 29-Sep-2023  15:04:20  , but system or actual time is 29-Sep-2023 16:04:20

Replication Steps 

-1. Apply DST patches on ECC Servers

-2. Submit DataLoad job
