While saving the reporting codes details in third party registration form encountered error "This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India > Party registration > Third party registration.
2. Query a supplier.
3. Go to reporting code setup tab and define a reporting code for the third party registration.
4. Save the data and Error is encountered.
