Goal
Profile Option "WF: Disable Reassign to Submitter" (WF_DISABLE_REASSIGN_SUBMITTER) has been designed to prevent having workflow approvals notifications assigned back to the person that submitted the transactions for approval initially. Sometimes the business may require to have the profile in place for some Oracle Applications modules only, for example General Ledger. With this setup in place, only the particular module having it enabled would consider the restriction (in this example, only General ledger module would enforce the restriction for approvals).
