Miscellaneous Documents are Attached to Documents of Record Transactions in the 'Documents of Record for Person' Page Post Creation (Doc ID 2976863.1)

Symptoms

In the 'Documents of Record for Person' page, post transaction creation, additional miscellaneous documents are attached to the Documents of Record transactions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Responsibility: Employee Self-Service

  2.  Navigate: Documents of Record
     
  3.  Click Create Document of Record

  4.  Enter Details > Add an Attachment

  5.  Click Next > Submit

  6.  Click Supporting Docs icon next to the latest Document of Record entry
