Allowing to create duplicate lines for ex-employees in Retro pay status page. This works fine in active employee.
It should not allow to enter duplicate rows or entries in Retro pay status page. It should behave as like active employees.

1. Login with HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate: View > Retropay Status
3. Enter or create Retro Lines for the ex-employee for the past date

Scenario:
Employee has been terminated on 07-JUL-2023
Payroll has been run for JUL2023, as the employee has retropay payment, business user backdated to 07-JUL-2023 and tried to search for the record.
As they didn't see the retro-payment, user is manually added the line and submitted the retro program,

4. As page is allowed duplicate lines, the retro pay process failed with error saying that "Error ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows"
