Symptoms

While running Send Separate Remittance Advices program (IBY_FD_SRA_FORMAT), language preferences are overwritten

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables Responsibility
2. Other-> Request
3. Run-> Send Separate Remittance Advice program
