R12: AP: When Trying to Access The Record History from the Supplier Pages, the Error: NULL Values Occurs (Doc ID 2977118.1)

When trying to pen the supplier entry form and review the history details, the following error occurs:

Either the record contains null values for all the WHO columns or the WHO
columns are not defined in the corresponding table.

Steps to Reproduce:

Payables Responsibilty

Suppler Entry

Query supplier

Click on Record History (Normally enabled via Personalization)

Error message is displayed
