The Same Material In Activity's BOM At Operation Seq 1 And 1st Routing Operation Causing Error At Discrete Job Creation (Doc ID 2977200.1)

Symptoms

When adding same material in (Activity) Maintenance BOM at Operation Seq 1 and in 1st Operation Seq of the Maintenance Routing, the following error occurs at work orders creation:

ERROR:

Material Requirement already exists for this item ( inventory item name = xxxx ).
This record with Material : ( inventory item name = <Material> ) and Work Order name = <WO Number>) was not processed because a severe error occurred in the material requirement while checking if it exists.

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. [R] Enterprise Asset Management
2. [N] Activities > Maintenance BOM
3. Enter the activity and then in the components add the same item in operation seq 1 and 10 (where 10 is the first operation from the Maintenance Routing for the same Activity number).
4. Save. (no error)
5. Now, when trying to create WOs for this activity, the error occurs and no WO can be created.
