Adding an installment errors with,

The budget total amount is greater than the project funding amount

Ran the SQLs that came from Bug 33906579 - GMSAWEAW 'THE BUDGET TOTAL AMOUNT IS GREATER THAN THE PROJECT FUNDING AMOUNT'.

Budget_Funding_Validation_Script_V2.sql
Budget_Funding_Validation_Script_V3.sql
Budget_Funding_Validation_Script_V4.sql

Requesting a fix to resolve the error.

Replication Steps:

1. > Grants responsibility > Awards. In the Find Awards screen, enter the Award Number. Click the Find button.
2. In the Award Management Folder screen, click the Open button.
3. In the Award Management screen and under the Installments tab, add in a new installment. Error occurs.
