Symptoms

Error while running Service Contracts Main Billing program to interface termination credits to AR.
 
ERROR:
OKS_ARFEEDER_PUB.Get_REC_FEEDER => Insert Failed IN ARFEEDER OTHERS EXCEPTION
RAISEDORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
 
Steps to Reproduce
====================
1. Terminate lines on contract
2. Run Service Contracts Main Billing Program to interface termination credits.
3. Billing log shows error:
OKS_ARFEEDER_PUB.Get_REC_FEEDER => Insert Failed IN ARFEEDER OTHERS EXCEPTION
RAISEDORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
