Symptoms

 When attempting to run ECC Full Load,

the following error occurs:

oracle.ecc.exeption.InvalidFormatException: Error while converting the field (AP_SUPPLIER_EXCHANGE_RATE) from string to Number format because of invalid value XXXXX-Conversion.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Payables Responsibility

2. Other ---> Requests

3. Run the ECC Full Load concurrent Request

4. Review the log file
