Missing Profiles After Upgrading from ECC V7 to ECC V10 (Doc ID 2977336.1)

Goal

Profile options are missing after upgrading from ECC V7 to V10.
According to the Cost Management User Guide, there should be three profile options for ECC:

CST: Period Health Check Load Start Date for ECC (MM/DD/YYYY)
CST: Margin Analysis Load Start Date for ECC (MM/DD/YYYY)
CST: Product Dimension Catalog Category Set for ECC

However, the instance only shows the following parameters:

CST: Period Health Check Load Start Date for ECC (MM/DD/YYYY)
CST: Valuation Load Start Date for ECC (MM/DD/YYYY)"
