Data Based Triggers for Campaigns do not get executed - ORA-06502: AMS_TRIG (Doc ID 297738.1)

Symptoms

The workflow background process 'OMO Triggers' launches the following errors:

Workflow errors: AMS_TRIG, 1004426112004172549
Failed Activity: Generate and Execute Schedules
Activity Type: Function
Error Name: -6502 [Error Process Error: WF
Error Message: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: Numeric or value error:
character string buffer too small [ERROR Process Error: 3114: Activity
'WFERROR/DEFAULT' is not a process.]
Error stack: Wf_Directory.GetRoleName(PER, PER) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call
(AMS_WFTRIG_PVT.GET_AVAL_REPEAT_SCH, AMS_TRIG, 1004426112004172549,
141528, RUN) [Error Process Error: Wf_Engine.CreateProcess(WFERROR, WF302308,DEFAULT)]

The database triggers do not get executed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Log into OMO
2. Navigate to Campaigns
3. Create a campaign
4. Create a trigger for this campaign
Type = Date Based
5. Check for the trigger execution.
