Symptoms


When attempting to create the 8th segment for Location Flexfield the following error occurs


FRM-41830: The list of values contains no entries.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following step

1. Fixed Assets Responsibility
2. Setup > Financial > Key > flex field > Segments
   Application: Assets Flexfield Title: Location Flexfield
   Add 8th segment for the Location Flexfield
