Global DFF for TCS is not coming at the receipt header in the Receipt form to add TCS tax details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the custom receivables responsibility.
2. Receipts-> Receipts
3. Add Receipt header details.
4. Global DFF for the TCS details is not available.
