While submitting income tax declarations, getting below error on Income Tax Declaration Page :

ERROR

ORA-20001 : The element Proof of Landlord cannot be attached to this assignment. Ensure that the element link is present and the payroll is attached to the assignment.
this will automatically create an element entry, else you will have to in Package pay_in_tax_declaration.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to India Employee Self Service > Tax Declaration

2. House Rent Details > Action

3. Enter the values against each month

4. Click on Next and go to review page

5. On Submit, the error occurs
