Symptoms
When attempting to end date a job in the Job Description form (PERWSDJT) which is associated with an eliminated position, the following error occurs.
APP-PER-500131: You cannot end date this job, it has positions
Cause: You are trying to end date a job for which positions exist.
Action: If you want to end date this job, first end date any positions which use this job.
Use \ Navigate Define Work Position Description, the Define Position form, to end date jobs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: US HRMS Manager
2. Navigate: Work Structures > Job > Description
3. Enter end-date after Position Elimination date > Save
