Sort Option On Column Does Not Work Using Email Center Supervisor Responsibility (Doc ID 2977705.1)

Symptoms

Within eMail Center, Responsibility: Email Supervisor within the Queue or Inbox users now have an issue with sorting the data on any column (for Example Subject or From or Agent). The title of the table can be clicked once which organises the selected data in descending order. The table header then can not be clicked again to move that same data into Ascending order. This worked in the pre upgrade environment (12.1.3) but not in the upgraded Release 12.2.10 instance.

Steps
(R) Email Center Agent Console
(N) Home > Supervisor > Queue
Select Account
Click on any column eg. Subject, From or Agent

The table header cannot be clicked again.
