Symptoms

Imported Credit Memo fails to post and displays as unbalanced in Unposted Items Report.  Tax lines are not generating in the ra_customer_trx_line_gl_dist_all table when revenue recognition is run, which leads to incorrect Rounding acctd_amount.

STEPS
1. import applied credit memo
2. unapply the credit memo
3. run revenue recognition
4. run GL Transfer, the credit memo fails to process
5. review the spawned Unposted Items Report, the credit memo displays as unbalanced.
