Symptoms

When attempting to access the ECC dashboard, the following error occurs.

400 Bad Request: Cannot connect to cluster at localhost:2181/solr: cluster not found/not ready


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to ECC V10.
2. Log into EBS.
3. Navigate to ECC Developer.
4. Access the Activity Audit dashboard.

 Upgraded ECC to Version 10
