Search Installed Base Hyperlink Is Not Working In Create Service Request Page Accessed From Agent Dashboard (Doc ID 2977831.1)

When Service Requests are accessed from the Agent Dashboard, when clicking on the Search Installed Base link available in the Search Region of the Create Service Request page the link does not work and throws errors. The Search Installed Base link should open without errors to be able to search from this page.
