After upgrading from R12.1.3 to R12.2.12, program package WSH_OTM_OUTBOUND encountered an error: PLS-00302: Component 'GET_OTM_PWD' must
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
SQL> alter package WSH_OTM_OUTBOUND compile body;
Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.
SQL> show error
Errors for PACKAGE BODY WSH_OTM_OUTBOUND:
