Selecting an ID With Special Characters from a Picklist is NOT Populating the Selected Value Properly (Doc ID 2978257.1)

Symptoms

In OTM, when user is trying to select an ID with Special Characters from a Picklist is NOT Populating the Selected Value Properly.

For an example, if users go in service provider screen and then search for Invoice approval rule profile ID and select "ABC_5€_TOLERANCE", OTM changes it into format "ABC_5\u20AC_TOLERANCE" and if click FINISH on service provider, it throws error.

But If they type "ABC_5€_TOLERANCE" in invoice approval rule profile field (without search and select) and click FINISH on service provider it saves the record.
