PER_DATE_OF_BIRTH Database Item (DBI) is Returning Wrong Value in Fast Formulas After HRMS RUP17 (Doc ID 2978428.1)

Symptoms

After application of the HRMS RUP17 Patch 34444470, users noticed that payroll results were incorrect, returning $0 instead of the expected value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From XX HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent, run Payroll Process

    Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request

2. Check Statement of Earnings and see payroll results are not as expected.

    Navigate: FastPath > Statement of Earnings
