After Creating Grants Using UMX_ECC_RBACAuto.sh, Command Center Menu Not Available Under Shipping Operations For Accessing Inventory Enterprise Command Center Dashboards (Doc ID 2978462.1)

Symptoms

Followed all steps on  Note 2495053.1 to install ECC and create necessary grants. After running UMX_ECC_RBACAuto.sh to create grants for responsibilities (Logistics Manager) , Inventory Command Center is still not available under the Shipping Operations menu.

STEPS 
1. Run UMX_ECC_RBACAuto.sh with the attached .csv file to create grants > No errors
2. Select responsibility > Logistics Manager > See only the Shipping Operations menu entry
3. Command Center is still not available
