Symptoms

Unable to allocate freight line during invoice validation, resulting in below error:

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-SQLAP-97734:The system cannot generate distributions for line X because: ORA-06508 : PL/SQL: Could not find program unit being called


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables Responsibility
2. Invoice->entry
3. Line-> Distributions
