Symptoms
When attempting to submit the Suitability Analyzer,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Required version of Flash Player is not available. Download Flash Player 10 or above from the Adobe Web site (http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Succession Planning for Administrators responsibility.
2. Navigate to Succession Planning.
3. Manage Plans
4. Choose Plan and click update
5. Choose successor(s) and click Suitability Analyzer
