India Tax Details form not opening from Purchase Order Summary form, Purchase Order form, Requisition form etc.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchase order(PO) Summary form > Provide the PO Number.
2. Click on Find.
3. Click on Open.
4. Tools > India Tax details.
Form is not opening and there is no error as well.
