Goal

Users Unable to Find and Exclude Function 'Supplier Full Access: Buyer View' in Menu Exclusions from the Responsibility Assigned to the User.

1. From a System Administrator responsibility
2. Navigation: Security -> Responsibility -> Define
3. Query the Responsibility.
4. Under the Menu Exclusions Tab at the bottom, unable to find below
5. Type=Function
    Name=Supplier Full Access: Buyer View
